Zoe Zeng

Founder

Hi, I’m Zoe, a passionate yoga teacher who believes in living life with energy, joy, and a sense of adventure. My love for movement extends beyond yoga—I’m also a big fan of dance, which keeps my spirit lively and my heart young.

Life is too short to be boring! I’m always seeking new experiences, whether it’s exploring new destinations, savoring delicious food, or simply finding excitement in the everyday moments. I share my home with my adorable dog and cat, even though I’m hilariously allergic to cats—it’s all part of the fun!

Kindness is at the core of who I am. I believe that how we treat others shapes the energy that comes back to us. Through yoga, I aim to create a welcoming space where people can grow, heal, and connect with their true selves.

Let’s embrace the beauty of life together, one breath at a time.”

Susan Thomas

Yoga Team Leader

I started practicing yoga at the request of my running coach. I was running marathons, was getting injured, and not PRing any more so my coach told me to do yoga. I got hooked. I taught my first class on January 17, 2005. Since then, I have added Barre, Pilates, Cycling, Rowing, Aquafit, and Kickboxing to my fitness certifications and teaching/coaching line up. When not teaching I love spending time with my husband of over 30 years, my 2 adult sons, my Australian Shepherd, and my Siamese cat. I love to scuba dive, ski, travel, hike, go to concerts, and read. Yoga has helped me in so many ways, not just physically but mentally and emotionally also. To me it brings awareness, connection and a sense of calm, both physical and mental.

Tanya Michel

Yoga has been a true gift in my life—one that I am deeply grateful for and passionate about sharing with you.

My journey began in 1998 with my first yoga class, complementing my love for running. Over the years, I ran multiple marathons, coached runners, and transitioned into strength training as I prioritized overall well-being. In 2014, I became certified in Personal Training, Group Fitness, PiYo, Mat Pilates, and Health Coaching, later expanding my expertise in Fitness Nutrition and Corrective Exercise.

While yoga was once just a supplement to my fitness routine, it became a passion when I discovered hot yoga. I immersed myself in the practice, eventually becoming a Certified Yoga Instructor. Today, I see yoga as more than physical movement—it is a mindful practice that nurtures body, mind, and soul.

My goal is to provide a safe, welcoming space where you can move, grow, and connect with your inner self. I am honored to share this journey with you.

Mindy Rudisill

Born and raised in Dallas, I am the proud mom of two children, Sophia (19) and Andon (16), as well as my wonderful stepdaughter, Siena (16). Before my journey into yoga, I taught elementary school in Carrollton and Plano, nurturing young minds and building strong connections in the classroom. In 2003, my life took a significant turn when I underwent a massive lower spine surgery. As part of my recovery, I began practicing yoga to regain mobility and manage pain. This practice not only restored my strength but also helped me lose 25 pounds and become fitter than ever before. In 2011, I earned my yoga certification, blending my passion for teaching with my love for yoga. Over the past 13 years, I have been teaching yoga, deepening my appreciation for the practice and the connections it fosters. Yoga has brought healing, strength, and joy to my life, and I am honored to share it with my students.

Michelle Moreau

As a passionate yoga teacher and board-certified health and well-being coach, I specialize in designing creative and engaging classes that inspire growth and self-discovery. I view yoga as a moving meditation, fostering a deeper connection between mind, body, and spirit - a chance to literally and figuratively catch your breath. I am dedicated to building community and meaningful connections and I strive to create spaces where everyone feels supported on their journey toward wellbeing. Take a break from your busy day and join me on the mat!

I live in Frisco with my husband, two teenagers, a dog and a cat. If I’m not on the yoga mat, you can usually find me cheering on the sidelines of a volleyball or soccer game! One day I WILL live by the beach.

Tammy Steele

I’m just a girl who loves yoga. Being on the mat is my favorite form of self-care.  Yoga has helped me grow stronger in body and mind. It inspires me to be my very best self, on and off the mat. For me, yoga is a balance between asana and pranayama, strength and flexibility, exertion, and release. I like to focus on encouraging body awareness, controlled intentional movements, and breath work.

Albers

Rae has been practicing yoga for over 9 years and teaching since April 2024. Her favorite styles to teach are vinyasa, power flow, and other hot yoga modalities. Her goals with teaching are to help people feel more in tune with their bodies, show her students the numerous benefits of the spiritual & physical practices of yoga, and facilitate an inclusive, inspiring community to learn, gain strength & mobility, and have fun!

PREETI JOSHI

My journey with yoga began early in life, thanks to my parents who both practiced yoga, with my mom also instructing classes. As a child, I often accompanied her to her sessions, captivated by the practice, the serene environment of her studio, and the strong community connection. Daily, I find immense joy in grounding myself on the mat, connecting inward, and embracing the present moment. It's the most beautiful gift I can give myself, and I’ve always been eager to share this with others. Twenty-five years ago, when I started my career in education, I integrated yoga into my classroom. The positive outcomes were incredible. For the past few years, I have focused on extending this practice to individuals from all walks of life, starting as young as age 4.

Sasha Johnson

I began practicing yoga in 2020 during the pandemic, while working as a full-time 911 dispatcher and college student. With gyms closed and life feeling restricted, I turned to YouTube and discovered yoga. Though I started inflexible and uncertain, I quickly realized the power of simply noticing my breath and being present.

Over time, yoga transformed my life. It helped me stay calm during high-pressure emergency calls, improved my connection with my children, and strengthened my body and mind. What began as a way to stay active became a journey to complete alignment—mind, body, and soul.

Yoga showed me that even in moments of restriction, we can find internal freedom. It’s a privilege to now guide others on their paths. Yoga isn’t just movement—it’s a reflection of life itself.

Namaste.
