Balance Soul (Heated)

Balance Soul is a dynamic, heated yoga class that blends the fluidity of Vinyasa with the foundational strength of Ashtanga's standing series. This unique practice starts with a mindful warm-up to synchronize breath and movement, transitioning into a balanced flow that builds heat and energy. The class incorporates traditional Ashtanga standing postures to develop stability, alignment, and stamina, combined with creative Vinyasa sequences to maintain a smooth, rhythmic flow.

Power Flow (Heated)

Power Flow is a high-energy and dynamic yoga class that builds strength, endurance, and flexibility through continuous movement. It combines sun salutations, standing poses, core work, and balance poses in a flowing sequence.

Our class is challenging and fast-paced, helping you engage your muscles and improve stamina. It generates heat, builds energy, and promotes cardiovascular health with a focus on alignment and mindfulness. Perfect for those looking to elevate their practice, Power Flow leaves you feeling strong, balanced, and revitalized.

Sculpt Fusion

Sculpt Fusion with Dumbbells is an invigorating yoga class that combines the fluid movements of Vinyasa with targeted strength training using dumbbells. This unique practice incorporates traditional yoga postures interwoven with strength-building exercises like bicep curls, tricep extensions, shoulder presses, and weighted squats to amplify the intensity and deepen muscle engagement.

Participants can expect an energizing session that increases heart rate, improves bone density, and cultivates a powerful mind-body connection.

Core and Tone

Core & Tone is a moderate to high-energy yoga class, ideal for boosting core strength and posture, improving muscle definition, and supporting overall stability. We combine yoga, Pilates, and bodyweight exercises to engage core muscles.  You will leave feeling energized, balanced, and empowered with a stronger, more toned physique.

What to expect: The sequences target key muscle groups like abs, obliques, glutes, and legs, while incorporating mindful breathing. Expect poses such as boat pose, planks, bridge lifts, and dynamic movements like leg raises and twists to challenge stability and endurance.

TRX

TRX (Total Resistance Exercises) is a suspension training method that uses body weight and gravity to build strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability. Zyana students use anchored straps with handles to perform exercises while partially suspended, engaging multiple muscle groups.

What to expect: We start with a warm-up, then bodyweight strength and cardio exercises with the suspension straps, and a cool-down to stretch and release tension. This class is great for building lean muscle, enhancing endurance, increasing flexibility, and complementing other fitness routines.

Slow Flow

Our Slow Flow class focuses on moving through yoga postures at a gentle, deliberate pace, emphasizing mindful transitions and breath awareness. This type of practice allows for deeper exploration of each pose, enhancing strength, flexibility, and alignment. By slowing down, students can cultivate greater body awareness, reduce stress, and promote relaxation, making it ideal for those looking to deepen their practice, recover from intense training, or simply enjoy a more meditative flow.

Restorative Yin

A Restorative Yin class combines the calming elements of Yin yoga with the deeply soothing qualities of restorative practices. This class is designed to promote deep relaxation and rejuvenation by holding poses for extended periods, typically 3-10 minutes, using props like bolsters, blankets, and blocks for full support. The poses target the connective tissues, ligaments, and joints, encouraging gentle stretching and increased circulation while releasing physical and emotional tension.
